Winter is Coming

I swear the food truck season seems to fly by faster and faster every year. And what a year it has been! Now normally this is the time of year where we start counting down the days until Frank slumbers into hibernation mode – putting the food trucks away for the winter. However, that will not be happening this year… at least not yet! Our food truck season has been extended in part because of our new partnership at Buffalo State College. Frank is Heading to Back to College

After a series of successful pop-up appearances on the Buffalo State College campus in recent weeks, college officials kindly extended an invitation to bring Frank to the campus on a regular basis. Starting this week, a bright yellow Frank food truck will be stationed on Monday and Wednesday afternoons between the Science Building and Upton Hall, near Lot I-37, from 11AM-2PM. The truck will also be at football games and special events. Additional lunches and dinner services will be added in the future. Students and staff can expect the menu to rotate regularly with some combination of hot dogs from our current menu (available at http://findfranknow.com/menu). Hand-cut fries will always be available too – tell your friend to get their own, because you’re not going to want to share them! For our vegetarian friends, veggie dogs and vegan sides are also available. To start, cash and credit will be accepted. We will make an announcement when we can

Thank You

Earlier this month, we celebrated our official Grand Opening inside the Expo Market! Paul & I just wanted to say thank you to all of our friends, family & amazing customers that came out to welcome us into our new space in downtown Buffalo! Special thanks to Sinatra & Company, Community Beer Works and the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute for all of your help in making the night a smashing success! That night, we were both reminded of all of the relationships we have formed over the past few years & the new and old support along the way. It was humbling and I promise you Paul & I are thankful, appreciative and take none of it for granted. Our team has been working hard this past month and with both food trucks set to hit the streets any day, it was a great opportunity to come together and celebrate
